In collaboration with 2D animator Ikbenarthur, this illustrated map of Maastricht was designed, animated and implemented into an interactive online map. The purpose of the interactive map is to guide (new) students through Maastricht and through all the different faculties and fields of study of Maastricht University. Online visitors click on highlighted buildings/landmarks and a video or other informative media pops up. The isometric illustration is an abstraction of the actual lay-out of the city. The faculty buildings and landmarks are realistic representations.
